REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE
Due to the nature of the products we deal on, we are unable to issue refunds, accept returns, or exchange products due to a change of mind or other reasons. Except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered by us, all sales are final.
Medicville Pharmacy & Stores reserves the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges, including if the return is a potential health or safety risk, violates or abuses the return policy, or involves any fraudulent activity.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 working hours, along with photos (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).
We will review and arrange for your items to be returned once approved. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and if the items are available a new order will be delivered if unavailable, we will proceed with the refund.
