We process all orders within 6 working hours after which, your item is ready for pick up. Please you’re expected to come or send your representative for pick up within 5 business days(with your full name and order number). After this timeframe, we’ll return the product(s) to our shelves and if SOLD OUT, we’ll not issue a refund, however, you can select products of equivalent value for replacement. Please, if you cannot pick-up within 5 business days, DO NOT choose Lagos store pick up.
